Phones and/or accessories may be returned or exchanged within five (5) days of purchase or order date. The product(s) must be returned in like-new condition and undamaged in its original packaging and all accessories including, battery, charger, USB cable, SD card and manual(if applicable), printed material and package inserts must be included with the product(s) being returned or exchanged. If you exchange your Madstar phone for a different Madstar phone, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the new phone and we’ll issue you a credit for your original phone once we receive it back from you.  If you would like to return or exchange your Madstar product call Madstar Customer Service at 844.623.7827for authorization for shipping instructions. Restocking shipping and service fees will apply.
