Here is how our Plan sign-up works when you decide to bring your own mobile device (BYOMD)™::
· Go to https://madstarmobile.com/plans and select the Madstar Mobile Plan that's right for you.
- ( You can also pick a new device on line https://madstarmobile.com/shop )
· Select the BYOMD™ option on the Plan page and complete all sections of the BYOMD online form: https://madstarmobile.com/byomd
· Enter your ESN/MEID number. Click on How to locate the ESN/MEID number on your phone.
· We check your ESN's eligibility, retrieve it and bring it over to Madstar Mobile.
· You activate the device with a new phone number, transfer over an existing number or swap a number from an existing phone on your already
associated with your current Madstar Mobile account. One of our Customer Service Representative will reach out to you if there is a problem with activation.
