Error 1012
What's Going On: This can be a few different things including the network being busy, your device not being properly or completely activated on the network or your device's MSID not being correctly programmed.
How to Fix It: Try updating the profile and if that fails, remove/replace battery and then try the update again. Generally, once the profile is updated...that will prevent 1012 from happening...and then you can try to update the firmware. If it still doesnt work wait an hour or two in case it's a network congestion issue.
Error 2126
What's Going On: This usually means there's a problem with the sync between your device and the network.
How to Fix It: Run any updates to your phone if applicable, and then power down, pull your battery for 30 seconds and then replace, reboot. Your problem should be solved, if not, call your customer support. We'll probably need to do a carrier reset, but we'll want to toggle your settings on our end first.
