An easy way to find out who's calling you without even looking at your phone is to assign custom ringtones to your contacts. On Android smartphones it's a fairly simple process, as we'll show you in this tutorial.

Tutorial Notes

· Assigning unique ringtones to individual callers lets you know who's calling without even looking at your phone.

· First go to Contacts either through the applications menu or from your phone's dialer.

· Now look through your list to find someone that you want to assign a unique ringtone to. Use the scroll bar on the right to search by letter or you can search by name.

· Tap the contact you want and select Options from the menu key.

· At the next screen tap Ringtone. Now you'll need to select a ringtone source.
