Sending emails from your Android phone isn't all that different from sending emails from a computer. You just compose your message, select recipients, and you're good to go. In this tutorial though, we're going to show you how to add CCs and BCCs to your emails.

Tutorial Notes

· CC and BCC stand for carbon copy and blind carbon copy respectively.

· Anyone CC'd or BCC'd will receive your email, but contacts in the BCC list will be invisible to all recipients.

· To CC or BCC from Gmail on your Android, first open up Gmail and begin composing an email.

· Tap settings and then tap Add Cc/Bcc.

· Two new fields will appear for CCs or BCCs. Add email addresses to whichever field is appropriate. These can be comma separated.

· The process is nearly identical when using your Email application.

Adding an Email Signature

An email signature helps people to identify who is sending them email and can contain valuable information such as job title, additional contact info, full name and so on. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to add an email signature to emails sent through Gmail on your Android phone.

Tutorial Notes

· Your email signature can contain information like your name, job title, contact information, favorite quote or just about anything else.

· Open up Gmail, tap the menu, select More then tap Settings. Tap Signature in the menu that follows.

· Now, enter the text that you want to use as your signature in the text box.

· To save time, you can send an email to yourself from a computer and copy and paste your email signature from there.

· To copy, just tap and hold on the signature then drag the beginning and end points to encompass the signature.

· To paste this text, just tap and hold on the text box in the Signature page. Select Paste and you're done.
