Some sellers may indicate that their device is rooted or jailbroken. Unless you're pretty technically savvy, you should probably stay away
from a rooted or jail-broken device. It may not necessarily be a problem, but it can limit our ability to troubleshoot issues that might arise with your device down the road. So if you have the choice between a device that's rooted or jail-broken and one that isn't, go with the one that isn't.
