There are a couple of things you will manually need to do to activate your device. Please make sure you've gone through the following steps, In most cases, these steps will resolve most issues.

Update Data Profile:

  1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Scroll to and tap System Update.

  4. Tap Update Profile.

  5. Once the profile update is complete, tap OK

  6. The data profile is updated.
