Certain error codes are incredibly common and can be easy to troubleshoot, but it doesn't feel that way when you don't know what they mean. Here's a quick guide to the most common error codes that we come across (and the ones you've asked about the most), what they mean, and what you can do about them.

Error 67

This is by far the most searched error code by you, the customer, and the most talked about in calls to our support team. Luckily this is also a really easy one to fix in most cases.

What's Going On:  Your 3G credentials aren't able to register with the network. Error 67 is a data issue

How to Fix It: To fix this issue, you can reset the network settings by dialing ##72786#. You can also update the data profile by pressing Menu-> System Settings-> System Updates-> Update Profile-> OK.

If you've got a data device then you'll need to run the profile update through the user interface online if there's no option to do it on the device itself. If you're not sure how to do that, just call our Customer Service at844.623.7827

If you're not sure how to do that, just call our Customer Service at 844.623.7827

Error 600 & 601

Error 1012

What's Going On: This can be a few different things including the network being busy, your device not being properly or completely activated on the network or your device's MSID not being correctly programmed.

How to Fix It: Try updating the profile and if that fails, remove/replace battery and then try the update again.  Generally, once the profile is updated...that will prevent 1012 from happening...and then you can try to update the firmware. If it still doesnt work wait an hour or two in case it's a network congestion issue.

Error 2126

What's Going On: This usually means there's a problem with the sync between your device and the network.

How to Fix It: Run any updates to your phone if applicable, and then power down, pull your battery for 30 seconds and then replace, reboot. Your problem should be solved, if not, call your customer support. We'll probably need to do a carrier reset, but we'll want to toggle your settings on our end first.
