1. You can visit Madstar Mobile.com and enter your ESN/MEID.

2. We check your ESN's eligibility and 'bring it over' to Madstar Mobile.

3. You activate the device with a new phone number, transfer over an existing Madstar Mobile number or swap a number from another Madstar Mobile phone if you

already have an account.

4. You follow the steps on your phone to complete your activation.

5. Or by calling our Customer Service at 844.623.7827
