My device isn't on the list - should I call to confirm?


Our support team uses the same Whitelist (Coming Soon!) to check the eligibility of devices for BYOMD, so they have the same information that you do.

If your device isn't on the list, that means it's not supported for BYOMD™ at this time. 

You cam also call our Customer Service Department at 844.623.7827 and someone will be more than happy to help you check your devices's eligibility.
