If you're trying to port your number to Madstar Mobile we will need the following information from your other carrier:

  • Name on the phone bill
  • Address on the bill
  • Phone number you want to port
  • Account number with other carrier
  • Port out PIN/password

Getting all of this information in advance will save you time and frustration down the road. Once your information is provided, we submit the transfer request to your old provider for validation. When successful, a time is set for the transfer of your number. If unsuccessful, a Madstar Mobile representative will contact you to collect the incomplete information and resubmit for validation. Typical transfers from wireless carriers to Madstar Mobile can be completed in as little as 10 minutes from the time you receive your device, if all the information is correct at that time.

Many carriers make it a practice to change the requirements consumers must provide before they agree to release your number. Since the criteria is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that the information provided herein will always reflect the latest procedures but we promise to keep it as current as possible.
